Why doesn't the app connect with or display any data from Polar H10?

Firstly, please make sure your Polar H10's firmware is up-to-date.
ECGLogger app is only compatible with Polar H10 having firmware
v3.0.35 or newer. You can use
            Polar Beat
app to view your Polar H10's firmware version and update it when
            necessary.

Secondly, please make sure your Polar H10 is not connected with
anything else besides ECGLogger app. If your Polar H10 is already
connected with your Polar watch or any app that uses your H10
sensor (Polar Beat app, for example) then it is possible that
ECGLogger is not able to connect with your Polar H10.

Additionally, ECGLogger requires Bluetooth being enabled on your
device, and GPS (Location services) being enabled on some Android
devices, and you need to give the app the permissions to access
device's Bluetooth and GPS when requested. However, ECGLogger app
should prompt a warning message if required Bluetooth/GPS is not
            available.

Finally, please make sure the battery of your H10 is in a good working condition. A weak battery can cause
the app failing to connect with your sensor.
